Hi! We own a approx 1000sq/ft 2 bedroom 2 bath condo, (actually a loft as the second bedroom, but has a bathroom, so it's considered a bedroom?) near Canyon Lodge in Mammoth Lakes CA. Has a 2 car-deep garage, shared with the unit beneath us.
We are dabbling in the idea of selling 1/8th of our equity in this property (Joint Tenancy) as we are a growing family and would love to keep the property but need to move. We are flexible on the deal and how it would all work out. But figured it would be worth placing some feelers out there first and seeing how that would work.
Something like you get 7 weeks during the season to stay here, and 1/8th expenses, income, etc (assuming we'd Airbnb the property the other days)
The property is Airbnb friendly also.
