Aaron Schat's Roadhouse

Aaron Schat’s Roadhouse was born out of the Eastside’s legendary lunch spot, Raymond’s Deli. Aaron Schat’s vision was to create restaurant that would expand the possibilities from a lunch deli to a real destination venue, with an expanded menu that includes gourmet burgers, rotisserie chicken, and slow-smoked ribs, as well as assortment of quality beers on tap.
